Move-out Clean

AirBNB Care
AirBNB care includes a number of services based on the client’s needs. This includes cleaning, restocking items, changing linens and hotel-style setup in bathrooms and bedrooms. This has quickly become one of our most popular services.

Our carpet cleaning service includes a deep shampoo and is done with a top-of-the-line carpet solution machine. It’s recommended that your carpets are cleaned at least once a year to remove dust and dirt along with some small stains.

Autonomous Mowing
Helpling is the first company in Canada to provide an autonomous mowing service. It provides a manicured lawn at all times and the ability to cut in horizontal or vertical patterns with absolutely no foot traffic. Additionally, after your first cut, the mower will continue to make cuts taking off just millimeters of grass. These clippings fall to the soil and act as a natural fertilizer for your lawn with no mess. With the elimination of noise from a gas mower, you grass can be cut overnight or early mornings. Our fleet of Kress Mowers are equipped with satellite GPS to make for a simple installation and removal with no buried wires or antenna station. Each unit comes with insurance, a built in security system and GPS tracking, keeping our mowers safe from theft.
